We work with several public-sector and private banks and housing lender to help customer obtains loans for buying a home with us. We will guide every step of the way from singing the contact to providing paper-work for loan process until units are handed-over to customers.
How long it takes to move-in to the home after singing the contract?
Generally varies depending on project size and scale, anywhere from 12-18 months is minimum once construction begins. For project specific details, please contact our sales team.
